Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeckStash ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

DeckStash is operated by Aguirre Labs LLC, based in Newark, Delaware, USA.

2. Description of Service

DeckStash is a collection management and deck building tool for trading card games including Magic: The Gathering®, Pokémon TCG®, and Yu-Gi-Oh!®. We provide organizational tools, smart analysis, and cloud synchronization features. DeckStash does not sell physical or digital cards.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• One account per person is permitted

4. Subscription and Billing

DeckStash offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions provide additional features including enhanced AI capabilities.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in your local currency where available
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You retain full access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period
• Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
• After the billing period ends, your account moves to the Free plan
• Your collection, decks, and all data are always preserved regardless of your plan
• You can resubscribe at any time to restore paid features

Cancel from your account settings or through the Stripe Customer Portal. Payments are processed by Stripe. For details on how Stripe handles your payment information, see Stripe's Privacy Policy.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using DeckStash, including deck lists and collection data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts
• Scrape or abuse our APIs beyond normal usage

7. Intellectual Property

DeckStash respects the intellectual property of trading card game publishers. Card data, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. See our Trademark Acknowledgments page for details.

The DeckStash name, logo, and original software are the property of DeckStash.

8. Third-Party Services

DeckStash integrates with third-party services including:

• Scryfall - Magic: The Gathering card data
• Stripe - Payment processing
• Anthropic - Advanced tools processing

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. DeckStash is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

DeckStash provides collection tracking and deck building tools "as is." We make no guarantees about:

• Card price accuracy or market valuations
• Trading or purchasing decisions
• Service availability or uptime
• AI recommendation accuracy

DeckStash is not responsible for any losses incurred through use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
